Job Overview We are seeking a Network Engineer to manage and optimize our network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency. You will work with advanced networking technologies, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and cloud-based networks
- Implement and optimize network security solutions such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Manage routing and switching protocols to ensure optimal data flow
- Work with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to enhance cloud connectivity
- Conduct network audits and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with IT teams to support business-critical network infrastructure
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Cisco, Juniper, or Arista networking equipment
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, load balancers, and network security protocols
- Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and MPLS networking
- Experience with network automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or Ansible
- Familiarity with wireless networking, VoIP, and SD-WAN solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or Network+
- Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) and cloud networking
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, or Wireshark
- Exposure to cybersecurity best practices for network protection
