What we collect
When you create an account, apply or enquire, we collect the information you enter, including contact details, application text and CV files. The system also processes limited technical data needed for security and operation.
Why it is used
We use this information to administer candidate accounts, assess applications, respond to enquiries and operate the recruitment service. Access to CV files and applicant details is restricted to authorised recruitment administrators.
Storage and your choices
Files are stored outside the public web directory. To request deletion of a candidate account or application files, use the contact form. To request access, correction or deletion of other records, use the contact form. Legal retention obligations may apply in particular circumstances.
Sharing and security
Application details may be shared with the relevant prospective employer as part of a recruitment process, subject to applicable requirements. We do not publish candidate data on the public site.
This notice should be reviewed against the operating company, processors, retention schedule and applicable jurisdiction before production launch.
